How to prepare a roofing sheet quotation request

This guide is for distributors, contractors and project buyers evaluating ASA synthetic resin roof tiles or UPVC corrugated roofing sheets from Dingshengan. It explains what to confirm before a quotation or order. It does not replace local building, structural or fire-safety requirements.

1. Start with the roof and project conditions

Share the roof type, pitch, support spacing, location, weather exposure and any chemical environment. These details affect profile selection, overlaps, fixings and installation guidance. The selected product should be assessed against local rules and the project design.

2. Identify the product configuration

For ASA resin tiles, Dingshengan lists a 1050 mm sheet width with 960 mm effective width, 2.0–3.0 mm thickness and a listed weight of 6–8 kg/m² depending on specification. For UPVC sheets, Dingshengan lists 830, 930 and 1130 mm widths, 1.5–3.0 mm thickness and a listed weight of 3–5 kg/m² depending on specification. Both product ranges list custom lengths up to 11.8 m.

3. Ask for evidence relevant to your destination

Tell Dingshengan which standards, dimensions or test evidence the project requires. Do not assume a fire class, service life, certification or warranty from general product descriptions.

4. Include these details in a quotation request

• Product, profile and intended application
• Thickness, color or RAL reference, quantity and required sheet length
• Destination country and port
• Packaging, sample, drawings, test-document and export-document requirements
• Target delivery date and any project specification to review

5. What needs confirmation before an order
